The new Ortlieb travel line “Metrosphere” has been available from us since March 2022. True to the slogan “Born in the wild. Raised en voyage” the products invite you to the next big trip. Even if it “just” goes to the office. The “Metrosphere” line manages the balancing act between elegant and practical, between outdoor and business. And is designed in the typical Ortlieb look.
The travel line consists of the waterproof business daypack “Daypack Metrosphere”, the travel bag-backpack hybrid “Atrack Metrosphere” and the business travel bag “Duffle Metrosphere”. You can find all three new arrivals in our online shop.
Travel bag or backpack? The Atrack Metrosphere
34 liters, waterproof and zip with magnet on the back. The Atrack Metrosphere is the perfect companion and unique among travel bags. Whether as a backpack in the field, a business bag or hand luggage - the look is convincing! The clean look with structured nylon fabric suits every occasion and still doesn't lose its functionality. Thanks to a mesh and a zippered outer pocket, items such as drinking bottles, keys or cell phones can be stowed away quickly and safely while on the go. Inside the Atrack Metrosphere, everything from a laptop to clothing and provisions has space in four inner pockets and can be easily sorted. With a zipper that runs the entire side of the bag, access to luggage is easy once the backpack is removed. Thanks to the convenient positioning of the zipper on the back, no one can access the inner compartments unintentionally and unnoticed. A compression belt holds all the inside pockets and their contents tightly together.
Roll-top backpack with style
The Metrosphere daypack impresses with its appearance and functionality. Chic enough to take part in any business meeting and still with Ortlieb's classic outdoor DNA. A lightweight and waterproof daypack with a capacity of 21 liters. All documents can be stored quickly and safely with the roll closure, and a laptop pocket provides additional support and protection. Small items can be safely stowed away in the two outer zipped pockets while on the go and removed without much searching. With the roll-top backpack made in Germany you are always ready for the next outdoor adventure.
On your back or on your arm: Duffle always looks good
The Metrosphere Duffle can either be held using the side handle or strapped to your back using the ergonomic shoulder straps. Depending on the variant, the travel bag holds 40 or 60 liters. The structured nylon fabric and the waterproof zipper with magnetic closure ensure the puristic look between everyday office life and expedition. In every situation you are well equipped with the duffle. The lightweight business bag is waterproof and dustproof according to IP67 and, like all other Ortlieb Metrosphere products, is also PVC-free and sustainably manufactured in Germany.
