Payment via PayPal
You can also easily pay with us via PayPal. Please select PayPal as your payment method, then you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also log in as a guest and pay with your credit card or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
If you pay for an order via PayPal, you will always receive an order confirmation from us. As soon as we have received payment, your delivery will be sent immediately. Please note that in rare cases PayPal may experience processing errors over which we have no influence. We ask you to take the following note into account when paying via PayPal: Payment with PayPal on account or advance payment is not possible, as the order cannot then be assigned by our system. If you return the ordered goods, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. You can decide for yourself whether you want to continue using the credit in your PayPal account directly or transfer it back to your credit card or checking account and process it at PayPal. We have no influence on this.
Pay with Amazon Payments
With the payment option “Pay with Amazon” you can pay in our online shop www.faircouture.com using the payment and shipping information from your personal Amazon customer account . This makes shopping with us particularly easy , quick and safe .
When using Pay with Amazon , you no longer need to set up a customer account or enter your billing or delivery address separately. You can easily pay with your stored data from your Amazon account . To do this, simply click on the yellow “Pay with Amazon” button in the shopping cart. You can then select your preferred payment method (e.g. credit card) and shipping address that is already stored on Amazon and complete your purchase from us quickly and easily without entering any further data.
As soon as we have received payment, your delivery will be on its way. It usually only takes a few minutes for us to receive a payment via “Pay with Amazon”. If you pay for an order using “Pay with Amazon”, you will always receive an order confirmation from us. Please note, however, that in rare cases Amazon may experience processing errors over which we have no influence.

You can pay with us quickly and securely by credit card. We accept credit cards from VISA, MasterCard & American Express . Please select “credit card” as the payment method, then you will be redirected to the input and can confirm the payment. If you pay for an order by credit card, you will always receive an email from us with the order confirmation. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.
When paying with a credit card, you will not incur any additional costs and your payment information will not be passed on. Your data will be transmitted encrypted using SSL. Thanks to this high security standard, shopping at FAIR COUTURE with a credit card is safe. If you return an item, the corresponding value of the item will be credited back to the credit card used for payment.
Purchase on account / installment purchase (Klarna)
You will receive an invoice from us after ordering. Please transfer the total amount to the account specified there within 14 days. Purchasing on account is currently only possible for registered/logged in customers and only for deliveries within Germany. The delivery and billing address (not a packing station) must be identical. We reserve the right not to accept the “invoice” payment method for certain orders and instead refer to our other payment methods such as advance payment, PayPal or paying with Amazon. Payment in advance / bank transfer
If you decide to pay in advance, you will receive confirmation by email immediately after submitting the order. In this email we will provide you with the FAIR COUTURE bank details. When making the transfer, please make sure to include your order number as the intended purpose . This is the only way we can accurately allocate your payment.
As soon as we have received your payment, your delivery will be sent immediately. Please note that depending on the credit institution, it can take between 2-4 working days for your payment to reach us. For payments from abroad, the duration is extended to up to 5 working days. The goods you ordered will remain reserved for you until your payment has been registered (but a maximum of 9 days).
